Hi, I am Karlijn! On Karlijn's Kitchen, I share my recipes and my passion for good food. I have IBS and I eat low FODMAP. With my blog, I want to show that you can enjoy varied and tasty meals, even when you have food intolerances! 

I started the low FODMAP diet in 2014 when there was hardly any information online about the low FODMAP diet, let alone low FODMAP recipes. In the beginning, I had a very hard time and I felt like there was nothing I could eat anymore. Luckily I quickly found out that I could make many tasty meals if I used a bit of creativity and I started to experiment with low FODMAP recipes. I began to share them online and that was the start of Karlijn's Kitchen. 

Today, 4 years later, Karlijn's Kitchen became much more than just a hobby and I still love to blog and to create new recipes for you every week again!
